I called them. They said if I’d like a call back, they would put me in the queue and call back. They never did. Why say they are going to call back and they don’t?

Bad experience at Magnolia tonight! I left work two hours early for a 5pm appointment for my dog who is having allergy issues. I checked in at about 4:55. The waiting room was full so I sat in front of the check in counter. After waiting an hour I asked if they were going to see my dog. The gal apologized for the wait and within five minutes they took me to an exam room. Another gal came in right away to assess my dog and said the vet would be right in. After another half hour without seeing anyone or receiving any kind of explanation, I had other plans for the evening and had to leave without any treatment, advice or explanation for the delay. Im very disappointed and annoyed at the lack of value for my time, and now the inconvenience of getting my dog seen somewhere else. Sorry, I’m a patient person and not one to whine about things but I just thought I should say something.

Everyone was very kind and compassionate when it came to the care and the knowledge of Millie. I was allowed to visit as much as I wanted to call as often as I needed and I'm very thankful for that. May God continue to bless magnolia vet hospital and all that is employed there. Millie has made a full recovery thank you Magnolia Veterinary Hospital.
